At Holy Shrine Incenses we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- You can exchange eligible items within 24 hours of receiving the product, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return or exchange: Contact Customer Service: Email us at holyshrineincenses@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Packaging: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including any tags and accessories.
- Shipping: Send the package to 639/CC, Manas Vihar, Picnic Spot Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Near Holy Shrine Inter College, using a trackable shipping method. Shipping charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.
Important Considerations:
Non-returnable items:
Certain items, such as final sale items, special offer items, customised products and used products , are not eligible for exchanges.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed if order is cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped.
Expect around 7 days for the refund with 10% deduction of processing fee.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service immediately to arrange for a replacement.

Eligibility for return:
All product orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
Refund amount:
A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund for orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement of order.
The money will normally be refunded within 7 working days.
Exclusions:
If product has been shipped, the order will not be cancelled.
Exchange Policy:
Goods once sold will not be returned, only exchanged.
Goods will only be exchanged if product has not been used and in its original packaging.
Goods can be exchanged only if request is raised within 24 hours of delivery of the product on the official mail -holyshrineincenses@gmail.com A proof of purchase is required for return.
If item was purchased as a gift, the customer will receive a gift card for the return value.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping to and for the exchange will be paid by the customer.
Shipping Policy:
- Normally product shall be delivered within 3 to 8 working days.
- During exceptional circumstances like public holidays or circumstances beyond control it might take a little longer.
